KORN Guitarist Signs Second Act To His Record Label

Californian alternative rockers MONSTER IN THE MACHINE are the second confirmed act to be signed to KORN guitarist James "Munky" Shaffer's record label emotionalSYPHON Recordings, according to Korn-Locker.

MONSTER IN THE MACHINE features Shannon Crawford and Doug Ardito, both of whom were previously in CELLOPHANE. Ardito also spent time in PUDDLE OF MUDD. After CELLOPHANE, Crawford continued writing and producing music, but was unable to acquire assistance in releasing a record.

Long Beach, California-based metal/hardcore act DROID was the first band to be signed to emotionalSYPHON Recordings.
